About Ariel

Ariel Stehura is a music educator based in Defiance, Ohio. Ariel holds a Bachelor's of Music Education degree with a Choral emphasis from Bowling Green State University and has been a public school choir teacher since her graduation in 2018. Ariel began teaching private lessons in 2012 and has continued to teach throughout Ohio and Michigan.

Ariel firmly believes that private lessons are not "one size fits all" and will create a custom curriculum based on the student and their needs. She has taught students ages 4-64, piano, voice, and ukulele, and  with various accommodations and needs. Ariel also customizes lessons based on genre desires, and can include classical, pop, rock, jazz, musical theatre, and more.

Outside of giving lessons, Ariel enjoys taking care of succulents, crocheting and cross stitch, and hanging out with her two cats, Lucy and Mina.
